Finally, with our new LMI Pro agent, you’ll be able to access your PC from another computer, or your favorite mobile device such as an iPhone or iPad.  In addition, detailed monitoring of system errors, utilization, and even application installations can help with future IT growth and planning. 

 

Peace-Of-Mind Services – Starter Plan

  • Virtually Unlimited (up to 4 hours per computer) remote assistance
  • Discounted on-site service fees (does not include new installs/integrations)
  • Scheduled monthly maintenance: Install updates, verify backups, defrag hard drives, etc.
  • Mozy-Pro Offsite Backups (up to 5 GB per machine)
  • LogMeIn Pro Subscription for remote access to your PC from another computer or device.

 

Peace-Of-Mind Services – Advanced Plan

Includes everything in the "Peace-of-Mind Starter" package plus:

  • Virtually Unlimited (up to 6 hours per computer) remote assistance
  • Mozy-Pro Offsite Backups (up to 10 GB per machine)
  • TrendMicro Managed Anti-Virus protection for computers
  • One shared account for unlimited desktop sharing and conference calls (per 5 computers)

 

Peace-Of-Mind Services – Ultimate Plan

Includes everything in the "Peace-of-Mind Advanced" package plus:

  • Truly Unlimited remote assistance
  • Onsite service call – 1 per month, up to 4 hours
  • Dedicated account for unlimited desktop sharing and conference calls (1 per computer)
  • Rebate for Mobile LogMeIn client for either Android or iOS Device (1 per computer)
  • Support/Monitoring services for 1 server (per 10 employees) and 1 backup server
  • Support/Monitoring services for 1 router (per 10 employees)
  • Mozy-Pro Offisite Backup for Servers (up to 20 GB per 10 employees)

*All services require a setup fee equal to one month of service.  Service agreements are made on an annual basis and require 30 days written notice prior cancelation.  Scheduled maintenance will occur outside of normal business hours.
